As a Senior Consultant specializing in Change and Organisation Design, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative initiatives for Clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise to enhance organisational efficiency, agility, and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute change management and organisation design projects across various industries.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored solutions.
• Utilise your Big Four consulting experience to bring best practices and strategic insights to client engagements.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Change and Organisation Design with a background in a Big Four consulting firm.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex change management projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Melbourne-based with the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.
