I'm partnering with a well-established Australian organisation to find an experienced Senior Change Manager to support a complex technology transformation. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on complexity and enjoys shaping outcomes through collaboration.

Particularly keen to hear from people with experience in Salesforce/CRM transformation, data migrations and data models, or ServiceNow transformation.

What you'll be doing

• Leading change management across strategic transformation initiatives and portfolios
• Developing compelling change stories that connect business outcomes with employee and stakeholder impact
• Partnering with executives, delivery teams and business leaders to build engagement and commitment
• Facilitating stakeholder workshops, impact assessments, readiness activities, communications and training
• Embedding within Agile delivery teams alongside Scrum Masters, Product Owners and delivery squads
• Helping mature the organisation's change management capability and practice

What you'll bring

• Demonstrated experience implementing change on Salesforce/CRM, data models/migrations, or ServiceNow transformation
• The ability to adapt traditional change approaches to fast-moving, iterative delivery
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with experience partnering at executive level
• Experience applying recognised change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Lean Change or similar
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• A human-centred approach to change
