I've been exclusively engaged to recruit for this Senior Change Manager opportunity with one of Australia's most reputable brands.

You'll be joining a change team that's exactly what change should feel like — high-performing, relationship-focused, and led by a truly aspirational leader who invests properly in their people. This is the kind of team you join and stay in.

You'll design and deliver change on a capital partnership project focused on the reporting and governance of partnerships, using new technology to standardise processes and provide accurate views of financial reporting. It's a great opportunity to come in at the start of the project and help shape it from the ground up, through to implementation.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the change approach across a program that sits at the intersection of finance, governance and technology
• Building genuine relationships across finance, governance and technology stakeholders that build trust and support
• Embedding new standard reporting and governance processes across the business, in a heavily regulated environment
• Bringing governance and finance project experience to support and influence the change and people considerations
• Partnering closely with the wider project team as reporting and governance changes are enabled through SAP — translating system change into adoption
• Working confidently alongside senior finance and investment stakeholders

What you'll bring

• 5+ years' change management experience, hands-on and confident in your craft
• A natural relationship builder — someone stakeholders trust and want in the room
• Experience in governance or regulatory projects within a highly regulated environment
• Hands-on and detail-oriented, but able to lift up and provide strategic direction
