We are seeking a Senior Change Manager with a passion for technology transformation to join our dynamic and high-performing Change Practice. This role is for a senior operator who is eager to be part of a team with a strong desire and appetite for change.

The Role

As a Senior Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing change projects related to our technology transformation efforts. This includes identifying change impacts specific to technology initiatives, designing and implementing change interventions, and measuring their impact. Reporting to the Head of Change , your focus will initially be on assisting with technology change.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing change plans across multiple technology projects, working autonomously to craft messages, design training programs, influence business and key stakeholders, and partnering with the Projects Team to drive significant change projects.
  • Providing coaching, support, and advice to project teams and line managers as they navigate through sensitive changes, with a focus on technology transformation.
  • Contributing to the growth of change management capability within the change practice, project teams, and educating on the role of Change in the wider business, with a specific emphasis on technology.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Experience working on complex technology transformations with a significant technology component, ideally gained from a Consulting House.
  • Experience across industries, having worked in less mature change environments to support change maturity, with an appreciation for the opportunities in a business ripe for technological change.
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or consulting experience.
  • The ability to deal with ambiguity, being pragmatic and outcomes-focused.
  • Experience in change management and capability development within a business transformation setting, ideally with experience in technology integrations.
  • High interpersonal skills, showcased through deep relationships across multiple functions— influencing, partnering, and supporting to achieve outcomes.
  • Superior communication skills, consultation, and influencing abilities.
