Change Lead

This role will join a high performing innovation team reporting into Excutives. The focus will initially to drive digital Change, leading and managing project change. This includes identifying change impacts, designing and implementing change interventions and measuring impact.

You will utilise your strong commercial acumen and experience with large scale transformations to engage and influence stakeholders in a complex environment.

• Develop and manage change plans across multiple streams- you will be able to work autonomously to craft messages, design training, influence business and key stakeholders and partner with Projects Team to drive meaty Change projects
• Provide coaching, support and advice to project teams and line managers as they help others through changes
• Contribute to the growth of change management capability within the change practice, project teams and educate on the role of Change in the wider business

About you

You will have experience working on complex digital transformations and ideally have experience from a Consulting House. You will have experience across industries- having worked in less mature Change environments to support Change maturity and you'll appreciate the opportunity that exists in a business ripe for Change.

Highly regarded skills and experience include:

• Tertiary qualifications and/or Consulting experience
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, you are pragmatic and outcomes focused
• Change management and capability development within a Business Transformation setting ideally with experience on Integrations
• High interpersonal skills which are show cased through your deep relationships across multiple functions- influencing, partnering and supporting to achieve outcomes
• Superior communication skills, consultation and influencing abilities
