I’m working with a leading technology business in the cyber space that’s about to embark on a truly exciting chapter. They’re merging with a larger entity, and this role will be at the heart of guiding their people through a period of significant growth and transformation.

We’re looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner who can also bring real gravitas when working with senior leaders. You’ll be a trusted advisor and strategic partner someone who loves shaping people strategy and delivering improvements that matter. This is a chance to help take an already successful organisation through a pivotal moment in their journey.

What you’ll be doing

• Partnering with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies that align with business goals
• Supporting and advising leaders through organisational change and growth
• Driving initiatives around culture, capability, and employee engagement
• Providing hands-on HR guidance across the employee lifecycle
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in people processes and practices

What you’ll bring

• Experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a technology or fast-growth environment
• The ability to influence, advise, and engage senior stakeholders with credibility and confidence
• A passion for people strategy, improvement, and creating positive workplace cultures
• Comfort working in a hands-on capacity while also thinking big picture

It would be great (but not essential) if you also have:

• Experience in the cyber security technology sector or related fields (e.g., software, SaaS, tech consulting)
• Exposure to organisational growth, mergers, or transformations
