About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Digital ProjectManager to work within a high performing team, which values smarts and drive. This role will drive an industry leading program of work, partnering with Executives and a high performing project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Project Management activities across digital transformation with an eye for workflows, processes and improving the status quo

• Business optimisation- you'll be working with impacted audiences closely to align the project and improvements to those impacted for business benefit realisation

• Involve, support and coach all levels of stakeholders throughout the project process.

• Monitor, assess, and evaluate project performance to support the technology transformation.

About you

• An expert on project management with a deep understanding of digital programs

• Resilient as you balance the various issues of implementation and combining competing priorities of stakeholders

• You are an ex consultant from the Big 4 (or Top tier) and have a passion for hands on Project Management with businesses in true transformation

• Engineering background highly desirable though not required

• Creativity as you continually find new ways to resolve challenges and improve processes

Requirements

• Experience in project management role on complex programs
• Pragmatic operator that gets stuff done with an optimistic outlook

• Exceptional communicator, relationship building and group facilitation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

• Excellent analytical skills with proven experience of systems thinking and problem-solving ability applied in a structured way

• Understanding of heavy industries would be advantageous though not mandatory.
