This newly created Change Manager opportunity is within a renowned and purpose lead brand. The role will work with a well established change team on a range of technology and business projects. This role would suit someone looking to exit consulting or someone looking to accelerate their Change career in a place with purpose for Changes that matter.

About the Role:

• Design, develop and implement change & communication strategies that are appropriate for the project and aligned to organisational objectives and priorities.

• Support the design of change management plans, ensuring integration of change activities into project schedules, assigning ownership and accountabilities.  

• Work with the Project Manager/s, SMEs and other project team members to deliver strategic projects and initiatives.

• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis and change readiness assessments.

• Engage stakeholders at all levels to support the desired change outcomes and to enable their transition to new ways of working.

• Report on change activities on a periodic basis to enable appropriate decision making by the Leadership Team.

• Support the Learning & Development (L&D) team to design, develop and roll-out training and support material.

• Contribute to the assessment of change effectiveness and benefits realisation.

You will have:

• Strong Change Management experience mandatory ideally with Consulting experience (highly desired), utilising industry recognised change management methodologies.
• Experience working in less mature Change teams- building and raising awareness on the role of change.
• Superior stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
 
• Systems implementation, technology and business project change management experience.

• Proven ability to identify, manage and address risks and issues, including change resistance, to the successful implementation of business change.
