I’m partnering with a leading consulting team in Perth who are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant or Manager to join them. This is a permanent role where you’ll work across strategic, operational, and transformation programs often with a focus on process optimisation, digitisation, and operational improvement.

While experience in Transport, Logistics or Government is highly regarded, it’s not essential. If you have a strong commercial consulting background and the ability to work in fast paced transformation environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting and delivering consulting engagements from strategy through to implementation
• Analysing problems, designing solutions, and driving process and operational improvements
• Managing client relationships and engaging with senior stakeholders
• Developing project plans, managing budgets, and overseeing delivery teams
• Supporting business development through proposals and client pitches
• Mentoring and developing junior team members

What you’ll bring

• Consulting experience at Senior Consultant or Manager level in a top-tier or boutique environment
• A track record of delivering Change projects, ideally across multiple industries
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments
