Change Lead - AI Adoption

• 12-month contract
• Lead AI adoption and agentic engineering change across IT
• Progressive, collaborative, fast-paced organisation

A large, complex organisation is bringing AI enabled ways of working into IT, and needs a Change Lead who can genuinely think through what that means, not just run a training calendar.

The role

• Lead the change program supporting AI adoption and agentic engineering within IT, working across multiple releases
• Own the behavioural shift piece, this is a significant cultural change for an AI-enabled workforce, and you will be central to building the desire and readiness for it
• Partner closely with the process excellence and AI modelling work already underway in People and Culture, and with the team member driving this work
• Identify and build a network of change champions across IT
• Design the change rollout plan, sequencing early runs before moving into capability uplift and training
• Think ahead to the roles of the future in IT and what this shift means for every portfolio that engages with the function
• Help IT, and the business more broadly, understand what AI-ready actually looks like in practice

About you

• Proven change management experience leading technology and process driven change, ideally with exposure to AI adoption, digital ways of working, or large scale operating model shifts
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and shaping a program in its early phases
• A strategic thinker who can also get hands on: this is not a pure capability building role
• Confident building relationships and influence across IT and cross-functional stakeholders
